Some Halloween Costumes Are Flat-Out Inappropriate

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

But, if a mere picture is worth a thousand words; then what is a costume worth?

Some college students have started a movement to speak out about what they see as costumes based on negative stereotypes. Some of these costumes, critics believe, are outright racist.

So, the message is clear this Halloween: Be thoughtful about your costumers and the message that they may send.

My Dear Friend Sandy:

Do you notice that there is no WHITE male in the ad?

What might be an offensive costume for a

* White
* Male
* Heterosexual
* Christian male?

Are there any stage acts from "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirates" that can attract 16,000 people into a stadium that is offensive to you which might be included if you made a list of "No No's" regarding how Black people should not be depicted in public/

Does this mean you're calling for affirmative action for underrepresented white males?
