Did Somebody Just Turn On Waiting To Exhale? Please Stop...

"Waiting To Exhale" is a very good movie. I've watched it once or twice and, although it is a fairly well-done film, the one or two times I watched it was more than enough for me.

Excuse me if I have a difficult time not vomiting at the sounds of all this victimization that so many women wallow in when it comes to infidelity. I stumbled across this blog on the Booker Rising site and, obviously, it caught and held my attention. Sandra Rose's blog is titled, "More Proof That Men Are Cheats By Nature."

She writes:
Every sistah who has ever had their suspicions confirmed about their cheating men can identify with Elin. Tiger is lucky his wife reached for one of his golf clubs and not a knife or a gun.

But on the other hand, Elin should have known better. You don’t marry a rich and powerful man and not expect him to keep a mistress on the side. Keeping a mistress or two just goes with the territory when you’re rich and famous — and they all do it. Wives who think their husbands don’t cheat are delusional.

Now it remains to be seen if Elin will be charged with domestic battery or will the cover up continue.
The anger level seem to be on full alert as the author seems to indirectly pronounce Woods guilty as charged of infidelity.

Is this a lost scene from "Waiting to Exhale" or "Jungle Fever" (when the women are in the house in full male-bashing mode). I am not one who likes to jump to conclusions in a case like this one (even though some of the circumstances are suspect to say the very least). The curious and still mysterious case of Tiger Woods is not blanket proof of male nature for women who make bad choices and pick the wrong men for the wrong reasons and then cry foul when it doesn't work out and they are not able to convert the guy into the image they want (after having stepped over good men who don't meet some oftentimes materialistic or superficial standard).

Those who point fingers in cases like this typically do so to mask their own shortcomings.
