Tiger Woods’ Affair(s) Brings Out The Haters Who Were Waiting

The blood is in the water and the sharks are circling.

Tiger Woods has been getting hammered by more than just his wife, Elin, since his car accident and alleged affairs have been thrust into the media’s range.

Obviously, I don’t condone marital infidelity by Woods or anyone else – whether it was with one woman or it was with 15. And, the same holds true for women because, contrary to popular belief, women cheat just like men cheat. Still, if even a portion of what is being alleged about Tiger Woods is true then it does almost seem as though he had a whole separate life that a lot of people did not know about. But, should any of us really be shocked? No. Tiger Woods is a human beings and human beings do good things and human beings do bad things. The only ones who are shocked are those who put Tiger Woods on a pedestal (because they admired him so much or because they wanted to see him fall from it).

That said, one thing I have found interesting about the Woods’ mess is the reaction of some of Tiger’s fellow golfers who have turned the Professional Golf Association (PGA) into the Professional Haters Association (PHA). It’s amazing how Woods’ seemingly self-inflicted misery (which has damaged his reputation, but not irreparably) has opened the door to the closet haters to come out and bash the player (Tiger Woods).

I found this at Huffington Post which quotes Life & Style:

For the time being, Tiger Woods’ major sponsors — including Nike and Tag Heuer – haven’t dropped him. But things could change in the wake of a messy, public divorce. In fact, many of Tiger’s colleagues in the golf world have already made up their minds about the situation — and wasted no time badmouthing their former friend. Jesper Parnevik, the Swedish golfer who introduced Elin, then his kids’ nanny, to Tiger, has said he regrets doing so. “We probably thought he was a better guy than he is,” Parnevik said.

Ben Crane, a PGA player, has even harsher words. “This is no surprise to anyone who knows Tiger,” Crane tells Life & Style. “He’s a phony and a fake and he can’t retain that squeaky-clean endorsement deal any longer.” Crane also believes Elin may have known about Tiger’s other women. ”She’s no fool,” Crane says, adding that perhaps Elin “turned a blind eye because of the money and the kids and the lifestyle he provides.”

PGA golfer Charles Warren agrees that it may have been more than love that attracted Elin to Tiger but that she should definitely leave him in light of what’s happened. “She was very young when Jesper introduced them,” Warren tells Life & Style. “She had stars in her eyes and maybe dollar signs too. But no, she should not stay with him. What kind of message would that send to her sister and mother and all the women out there? That your husband can be a bastard but as long as he makes the deal worthwhile, you’ll stay?”

For more on Tiger’s cheating, pick up the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now!

That represents some interesting stuff to me.

Some of these cats have been waiting on an opportunity like this one to get at Tiger Woods.

“… Squeaky-clean endorsement deal…” Crane said.

That is an interesting statement.

Crane, a PHA player, went to work on Woods with some scathing comments that frankly stinks of him having a lot of hate inside of him. Crane, running a clinic on player hating with these comments, sounds like a guy holding inner resentment toward Woods and waiting on something to happen so he could express his true feelings.

The mess is for Tiger and Elin to sort out, but it is interesting how it reveals the ugly side of some other people who see an opportunity to attack this couple – most likely out of suppressed jealousy.

Another Example Of Far-Right Lunacy Relative To U.S. Failure To Get Olympics As Conservatives Cheer

Conservatives have been gleefully applauding the failure of the United States and the U.S. Olympic Committee to bring the 2016 Olympic Games to U.S. soil. They’ve been cheering against our country. Here is an example from far-right commentator Bill Kristol (predictably on Fox News Sunday) who had that familiar grin on his face as he attempted to attack President Obama’s work to try and assist the USOC in bringing the games to the United States of America.

KRISTOL: There are so many ironies in this. By Barack Obama’s view of the world, he should have been rooting for Brazil to get the Olympics. South America has never gotten them, Brazil has never gotten them. It is a rising power, it would help Brazil. We don’t need the Olympics, we have had them a million times. Our economy doesn’t need the boost of the Olympics (he said with sarcasm). And then [Obama] in a sort of George W. Bush like way goes and tries to bully the International Olympic Committee… ‘Come walk with us. I’m here for America.’

More from the conservative commentator:

KRISTOL: Come walk with us. I’m here for America. Can you imagine if some Republican — if Bush had done this and we hadn’t gotten it? Typical Bush heavy-handedness, cowboy unilateralist, hegemonic imperialist action. Obama falls into that trap and they went for it. I must say you couldn’t help be amused by it.

Ah, but if the president had rooted for Brazil he would have, once again, been called anti-American.

World leaders often lobby for the Olympics.

Imagine if liberals had been cheering had G.W. Bush (who didn’t have to worry about his citizenship being questioned or being labeled by so many as anti-American, a hater of America and so on) gone and tried to secure the Olympics for the U.S. and failed. Liberals would be called anti-American, haters of America and so on.

It’s interesting that now President Obama now is being called a bully (and conservatives now are even throwing G.W. Bush under the bus as they’ve decided to eat one of their own).

Clearly President Obama was trying to do something that would have been great for the U.S. to bring people to our great country and show that we can put on a first-class Olympics (as we’ve done in the past). President Obama has been working to rebuild the bridges destroyed during the previous administration that left the U.S. isolated and disliked around the world. President Obama, showing that relationships were partnerships appealed to our neighbors in the world and showed them that the U.S. has been great, but not perfect and that other nations are great in their own ways, but not perfect. For that, the president was slammed with idiotic accusations such as charging him with going on an “apology tour” (a favorite of right-wing nuts).

Now, Kristol is accusing the president (who went over to try and show the greatness of America) of trying to be a bully. It’s laughable.

When conservatives see President fighting for America they call him a bully and when they see him as not fighting for America that basically label him anti-American.

Kristol has let his right-wing bias drive him nutty.

Nutty Michelle Malkin Rushing To Judge President Obama

Far-right nutblogger Michelle Malkin has been waging a little war against President Obama, who is the first black president of the United States of America (and who walked into a mess that included a financial meltdown, wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, a housing crisis and a diminished level of respect for the USA around the world). A part of Malkin’s partisan and misguided war effort is her new book crying about President Obama and corruption just six months into his presidency.

When did career player hater Malkin, drunk with blind-rage prejudice, start writing this book about Obama Administration corruption if he’s only been in office six months?

Malkin is a bitter and small person who clearly seems to be unhappy unless she’s angry.

Check out this Crooks and Liars video during which host Bill Maher makes fun of the ridiculous rush to judgement on the part of Michelle Malkin, a conservative opportunist trying to cash in on President Obama’s popularity while appealing to a shrinking minority of bigots who follow her every word like mindless morons.

The title of her book is funny and ironic coming off the prior presidency.

Steve Harvey Smacks Down Bill O’Reilly’s Hatred

Steve Harvey, on his radio show, took some time to call out Fox News hater Bill O’Reilly for his attacks on Michael Jackson. Harvey, one of the outstanding entertainers and talk show hosts, had some strong words for O’Reilly. Now, as many of you know, O’Reilly launched into a ridiculous series of attacks on the late entertainer (including providing a platform of comfort to Rep. King, of New York, who offered some nasty, anger-based venom about Michael Jackson), cried about there being too much adulation of Jackson (on the day of the man’s memorial service) and the went on to rip him some more.

Here are two videos I recently found of Steve Harvey’s show addressing O’Reilly’s hateful words:

Here is the second video:

Bizarre Anti-Michael Jackson Sentiment From Michelle Malkin Who Joins With Peter King to Sing “Smear The World”

Michelle Malkin, a highly-conservative blogger, has been on an attack against Sheila Jackson-Lee because of her desire to draft a resolution recognizing Michael Jackson for the works and dollars he devoted to humanitarian efforts during his lifetime.

Here is what Malkin wrote:

Texas Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee drafted a 1,600-word congressional resolution that “recognizes Michael Jackson as a global humanitarian and a noted leader in the fight against worldwide hunger and medical crises; and celebrates Michael Jackson as an accomplished contributor to the worlds of arts and entertainment, scientific advances in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, and global food security.”

Jackson-Lee laundry-listed every charitable act and donation by Jackson in the House resolution – and would have included all the times he said “Thank you” and “God bless you” if there had been more room. Is it too much to ask our lawmakers to restrain themselves from acting like Entertainment Tonight spokesmodels and Tiger Beat correspondents?

I stand with GOP Rep. Peter King of New York, who rightly skewered these celebrity-worshiping warped priorities as “an orgy of glorification.”

So, donating millions of dollars and raising millions of dollars to help those in need around the world suffering from hunger, AIDS/HIV and more “warped priorities” to Malkin? Malkin’s second paragraph is hate on parade as she seems bitter that Jackson’s humanitarian works are being put on display so people will see that he was more than just the greatest entertainer of my lifetime.

Instead of recognizing the great deeds that Michael Jackson did to help others, Malkin spends time smearing the media, Jackson-Lee and anyone who thinks that those charitable works and the impact he had on people all over the world, as an entertainer and a humanitarian should go unrecognized.

The late Paul Newman was honored by the United States Congress according to this Reuters story. I didn’t even know about it because I don’t remember the haters bringing it up nor contesting it.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Paul Newman, who died last September of cancer, was given a posthumous honour on Tuesday as the U.S. House of Representatives approved a resolution recognizing the iconic actor’s life and achievements.

Rep. Steve Cohen, a Democrat from Tennessee, introduced the resolution honouring Newman on the House floor in Washington. Rep. Jim Jordan, a Republican from the actor’s native state of Ohio, was among the House members who spoke about Newman.

Were Michelle Malkin or Bill O’Reilly as angry about that?

I’m not necessarily advocating for this or other such resolutions, but I think people should be as consistent (that includes Malkin, O’Reilly and members of Congress) as possible.

Every day we do mourn our soldiers, from all across this great country, who died battle (and battled) to clean up a war in Iraq many people opposed and many people felt was founded on lies and distortions. However, that opposition does not prevent people from mourning in cities all over this nation as they thank our young men and women for their sacrifices.

Michelle Malkin Exemplifies What’s Wrong With Conservatives

Michelle Malkin is one of the biggest player haters out there in politics. But, her hate-producing skills are not limited to politics.

Check this garbage out as the wicked Malkin smears Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee for no good reason on a day when most people (even those with differing views) recognize the time to pay respect to Michael Jackson:

Oh, no, she didn’t.

Oh, yes, she did.

Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee just pimped the stupidest House resolution ever on stage at the Jacko memorial at Staples Center. She held up a big, framed copy of it as the crowd cheered. That was after she extolled “The King,” painted him as the world’s greatest humanitarian, and demagogued the child molestation cases by proclaiming that members of Congress “understand the Constitution” and “we understand laws” and we know that “people are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE!”

Yes, she did. Right there in front of Jacko’s three children.

I thought Al Sharpton’s memorial rant (“There was nothing strange about your daddy!”) was the low point for American culture.

Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, you win.

This is the kind of heartless attitude that is far to prevalent on the far-right of the political spectrum and why conservatives are so out of touch and moving toward extinction in a world that is becoming increasingly multicultural and diverse. The close-minded society that is the Republican Party continues to show the kind of mean-spirited and hateful attitude that turns so many good Americans off.

Speaking Of Hate … Here Comes Debbie Schlussel

There is enough hate in this blog entry from notorious hater Debbie Schlussel to almost warrant the Southern Poverty Law Center’s attention. This blog entry was noted by Media Matters for America, and you soon will see the hatred, sexism and racism in this blog.

I don’t know about you, but when I entered the polling booth on Election Day, back in November of last year, Michelle Obama’s name wasn’t anywhere on my ballot. No mention of her or of Michelle LaVaughn Robinson or of Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Hussein Obama Idi Amin Dada.

But, for some reason, this First Lady is now a policymaker and spokeschick for a number of Obama causes. First, she addressed Department of Homeland Security employees and snubbed ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Then, she led cheers for Obama Supreme Court nominee Justice J-Lo a/k/a Sonia From the Blocka/k/a So-So a/k/a Sonia Sotmayor.

Now, she’s the new pimp for Obamacare. And it has echoes–very, very scary echoes!–of Hillarycare. It’s like deja vu with a bigger booty. Well, since we’re comparing with Mrs. Clinton, maybe even that’s the same, too.

By the end of this excerpt, it’s hard to tell if she’s talking about healthcare or yearning to get a piece of ass.

OK, I guess she’s talking about healthcare.

The anger in this blog is palpable, but then again … it is Debbie Schlussel. It’s important to cite blogs like this because it gives insight into what is in the hearts and souls of some of our nation’s haters.
