Fox News: Promoting black on black political crime!

Fox News is going out of its way to try and pour gasoline on the supposed feud between Rev. Jesse Jackson and presumtive Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama. Fox News eavesdropped on a private conversation that was engaged in (unbeknownst) over an open mic. The conversation involved Jackson. Granted, Jackson said some unflattering things about Obama that he needed to and did apologize for. Fox News, however, has jumped on the bandwagon to try and use Jackson's comments to discredit not only Jesse, but to try and drag down Barack through criticism of one of the so-called leaders of the so-called black community. Fox News, a network empty of true diversity of opinion that trumpets diehard right-wingers like Karl Rove, Oliver North and Newt Gingrich "objective" analysts, is using Jackson's comments as a weapon against Obama. The truth will be in the programming. Watch as Fox News will continue to beat the drum of Jackson's comments over and over again to try and drive a wedge into Obama's overwhelming support among black Americans. Fox News has a vendetta against Jackson, it has a right-wing bias, it is not open to diversity of black opinion (or black culture in general) and is out to support McCain at all costs. What Jackson said was bad, but Fox News' exploitation of this supid comment by Jesse is insulting and absurd. It shows how little the Republicans and extremist right wingers think of McCain ... a notoriously poor campaigner who has the charisma and appeal of a rusted picnic table.
