Bill O’Reilly Responds To Criticism Of Him Trashing Helen Thomas By Bashing Women’s Media Center

Conservative commentator Bill O’Reilly, star of the Fox News evening lineup, came out defiantly against all who criticized him for his mean-spirited attack on legendary White House correspondent Helen Thomas (who O’Reilly tried his best to portray as a “liberal” columnist). O’Reilly, on Wednesday, invited a guest from the Women’s Media Center and remained calm for most of the exchange. But, O’Reilly started to lose his cool when he introduced Sarah Palin into the discussion (O’Reilly has a strange obsession with Palin and vigorously defends her at all costs). He is still clinging to bitterness about the way he feels Palin was mocked by Tina Fey on Saturday Night Live. He then started to pound WMC for being hypocritical (O’Reilly calling anyone hypocritical is laughable). He became increasingly aggressive against his guest (WMC representative Courtney Martin). It seems clear O’Reilly was attempting as best he possibly could to intimidate this woman, who remained calm and professional.
