Conservative commentator Bill O'Reilly, masking as an objective host on Fox News, uttered this disgusting comment in the comparison between Sen. Barack Obama being linked to a person who is supposed to have bombed the Pentagon and Osama bin Laden, "You guys are too theoretical tonight. OK, so the guy says in Virginia there's a parallel between Barack Obama and Osama Bin Laden because they both associated with terrorists who bombed the Pentagon. OK, historically if you want to parse it, that's true." This is where the last of the microscopic evidence of Bill O'Reilly's objectivity dies as he flushes the last bit of his image of impartiality down the toilet (Fox News channel). O'Reilly had right-winger Mary Katherine Ham on their to back him up as well as Juan Williams (a man they bill as a liberal, but is really more of a moderate to right winger). O'Reilly and Ham double teamed Williams when he tried to counter the outrageous and disgusting comparison of Barack Obama, a United States senator who is running to become president of the United States, to bin Laden, a known terrorist responsible for unspeakable acts of violence and death around the world. At least Williams did (kind of) try to do the right thing. It's a shame he wasn't strong enough to shout down O'Reilly and Ham for sticking by such a ridiculous, bigoted and hateful premise.
